If you do not wish to finance your building or to pay up front, Out Back Buildings will also RENT with the OPTION TO PURCHASE your building. For the equivalent of one monthly rental payment with minimal qualification, Out Back Buildings will deliver any building on one of it’s sales lots up to a 12 x 28.*

After you rent the building for 6, 12, 24, 36, 48 or 60 months, it’s yours to keep! Should your situation change at any time during the term, and you no longer need the building, just notify us. We will terminate the rental agreement and pick up the building. You may also choose to purchase the building at any time during the rental period. *Add applicable sales tax for the total monthly payment. RENT to OWN only available for buildings up to 12 x 28 and excluding 14′ wides and Barns w/ an Attic. RENT to OWN only applies to playhouses, carports, garages, other steel buildings, gazebos and dog kennels if you are a landowner. There is an additional delivery fee for buildings outside the 20 mile delivery zone.
